After a long 7 weeks of non-stop fun and plenty of new memories to be thankful for, I'm happy to say we're home from our vacation. No more long days in the car driving from point A to B. No more hotels and swimming pools. No more finding museums, zoo's, or points of interest (like a Dinosaur truck stop) to visit to break up the time from just sitting. Our summer vacation went by too quickly. Now I'm trying to get 3 children ready for school, buying school supplies, clothes, figuring out fall activity schedules, and holding onto those last days of summer that will be more memories cataloged come next Wednesday.

We've had a lot to celebrate the last few weeks. Our biggest celebration was Peyton turning two. How I adore and relish his babyhood that is passing too quickly. Some of my favorite things about our Peyton....his diaper waddle, his un-dying love for Ernie, his smile, laugh, and his new found independence that comes with playing the part of being two.

Another thing to celebrate...I've updated the look of my blog. (woo-hoo!)
